Who it is for
This Programme Is for You If

You are a manager or a process owner who wants to bring technical improvements into your own unit. You can see the potential for automation, but you want a clear way to put it into practice.

What you get
A sense of where automation stops Clarity on how robotisation and automation differ from ordinary digitalisation, and what AI adds to a solution.
The ability to spot what can be automated You can go through your own unit, find the processes worth automating, rank them and define the next steps.
The ability to build assistants and agents Writing instructions that get results — effective prompts — and building personal assistants or agents that genuinely make the job faster.
The ability to lead the change What leadership has to do during a change like this, and a look at how it went in other organisations.
Programme
