About us

From understanding to adoption

Our experts work shoulder to shoulder with the client's team to strengthen their in-house know-how and their independence.

Integrated AI adoption makes it possible to connect different processes into a single system and achieve a result that can be scaled, and it strengthens the team's ability to keep pace with the speed of AI change.

Our approach

The value of AI comes from applying it in practice and from the speed at which it is adopted and adapted. That is why we work on three levels at once.

1
Organisational level
Strategy and leadership
How the business runs AI projects, sets priorities and assigns accountability. Vision, governance and the decision-making structure – who is accountable for AI in the organisation.
2
Functional level
Processes and agents
How AI agents take over specific functions and tasks in the business. Automation, integration, scaling – from idea to working solution.
3
Individual level
Employee productivity
How each employee uses AI for their own productivity. Skills, habits, everyday tools – not training courses completed, but a real change in habit.

The frame for successful AI adoption is the company's internal AI knowledge base, which consists of 4 documents.

Guidelines
A clear frame – what is and is not allowed in the company. Internal policy, principles for using data, structure of accountability.
Vision and strategy
Where the company is going and why. Specific goals, prioritised use cases, the role of AI in competitiveness.
Learning road map
Not scattered training, but a precise plan – what a leader has to know, what a specialist has to know, and what an agent has to be able to do.
Governance
New roles and structure. Who in the organisation is accountable for AI? How do you support employees through the change in practice?
"Integrated AI adoption makes it possible to connect different processes into a single system and achieve a result that can be scaled, and it strengthens the team's ability to keep pace with the speed of AI change."
