Who we are

Building practical, responsible and scalable AI solutions together

AI Master Lab is a Latvian AI consultancy and innovation company supporting organisations in the practical adoption, governance and implementation of artificial intelligence.

Founded in 2024, we are a specialised micro-enterprise with an agile operating model and access to a multidisciplinary network of experienced AI, IT, business transformation, data, legal and governance experts. This allows us to combine the flexibility of a focused expert organisation with the capabilities required for complex international projects.

What we bring to international projects

Our expertise is particularly relevant to projects where technological innovation needs to be translated into practical organisational use.

01

AI Strategy and Organisational Adoption

We support organisations in identifying high-value AI use cases, assessing organisational readiness, developing AI strategies and roadmaps, and preparing AI initiatives for implementation.

02

AI Literacy and Workforce Development

We design practical AI literacy, role-based training and competency development programmes for management teams, employees and specialised professional groups.

03

AI Governance and Responsible AI

Our work covers responsible AI adoption, organisational AI governance, risk awareness, human oversight and practical implementation of requirements related to the EU AI Act.

04

AI Implementation Methodology

We work across the AI adoption lifecycle — from opportunity identification and feasibility assessment to experimentation, pilots, implementation planning, user adoption and long-term governance.

05

Pilot Projects and Real-World Validation

We can contribute to pilot design, stakeholder engagement, organisational testing, user validation and evaluation of AI solutions in real operational environments.

06

Public Sector AI Adoption

Our experts have experience working with public administration organisations and contributing to practical approaches for safe and responsible AI adoption in the public sector.

07

Business and Market Perspective

We connect technological development with real organisational needs, business processes and end users — supporting market validation, exploitation planning, stakeholder engagement and implementation in Latvia and the wider Baltic region.

A strong partner for multidisciplinary consortia

We see our strongest role at the intersection of technology, people, organisations and regulation.

AI Master Lab can complement technology developers, universities and research organisations by bringing the organisational and implementation perspective that is essential for turning an innovative AI solution into something that can actually be adopted and used.

Depending on the project, we can contribute as
  • AI adoption and implementation partner
  • AI literacy and training partner
  • AI governance and EU AI Act expertise partner
  • Pilot and validation partner
  • Business and organisational requirements partner
  • Stakeholder engagement partner
  • Baltic market and implementation partner
  • Dissemination, exploitation and capacity-building partner
  • Work package leader or project coordination partner
Why AI Master Lab

Although AI Master Lab is a young company, our team brings extensive professional experience from technology, business transformation, data analytics, AI implementation, management, training and regulatory fields.

Our model is intentionally agile: we build project teams around the expertise required for each challenge and collaborate with specialised technology partners when deeper technical development capabilities are needed.

This enables us to contribute effectively to international consortia where success depends not only on developing AI technology, but also on ensuring that organisations are ready to understand it, govern it, adopt it and create measurable value from it.

Let's explore whether we fit your consortium.

We welcome cooperation with companies, universities, research organisations, public institutions, innovation clusters and other organisations developing ambitious AI and digital transformation projects across Europe.

If your consortium is looking for expertise in AI adoption, AI literacy, AI governance, EU AI Act implementation, organisational transformation, pilot validation or Baltic market implementation, we would be pleased to explore potential cooperation.
