Do I need prior AI knowledge to take these courses?

No. Our programmes are built for both beginners and experienced users — each course page states the specific prior-knowledge level it assumes.

Who are these courses for — only IT specialists?

No. Programmes are built for a range of roles: organisational leadership, HR, legal and compliance, technical teams, and specialists outside technical fields.

Do the courses run in person or online?

It depends on the programme — some run in person, some online, and some offer both. The format is stated on each course's page.

Can we book a closed course just for our team?

Yes. Several programmes are built specifically for a single organisation's team, and the content can be tailored to your industry and everyday work processes.

What do the courses cost, and is ESF co-funding available?

Pricing depends on the scope and format of the course — you'll find the specific price in each course's description. ESF (European Social Fund) co-funding is available for some courses — to check availability and terms for your situation, get in touch with our training manager, Māra Veselova.

Will we receive a certificate after completing a course?

After completing a course, you'll receive an AI Master Lab certificate of completion.

What's the difference between courses for the private and public sector?

Content and examples are adapted to the sector — public-sector courses also cover compliance with AI guidelines and the EU AI Act as it applies to state and municipal institutions.

How long does a typical course take?

It depends on the programme — from a few hours in a single day to a multi-month programme delivered in several stages.
