Preparatory Interview With Leadership

We map your company's situation, business goals and AI readiness, and identify the initial assumptions to test in the workshops.

Introductory Session – AI Technologies and Trends

The team builds a shared understanding of what AI can and cannot do – so that the workshops can work on substance rather than basics.

2 hours Online

Workshop 1 – AI Vision and Scenario Generation

Your company's AI vision, mapping of business goals, and structured idea generation on AI applications. Scenarios assessed for impact and technical feasibility.

3 hours In person

Workshop 2 – Analysis, Risks and the AI Adoption Plan

In-depth analysis of the selected scenarios, cost-benefit assessment, and the main risk factors. Result: an AI adoption plan grounded in the strategic assessment.

Workshop 3 – Project Governance and Next Steps

AI project management methodology, allocation of roles, and how to structure work with external partners. The ideas to be developed are assessed from the technology providers' perspective.

Guntis Kalnins

An AI visionary with 30+ years of business leadership experience. Has held senior management roles at international companies – Accenture, Oracle, GE Money. Board member of MILA (the Latvian Artificial Intelligence Association). Currently works with fast-growing technology companies and leads AI strategy workshops for leadership teams.

Responsible for the programme's strategic framework and for leading the expert team – making sure in every programme that the result is practical, not just on paper.
