Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data AI Master Lab SIA collects on the aimasterlab.net website, the purposes for which it is used, how long it is stored and what rights you have in relation to your data.

For questions about the processing of personal data you can contact us by writing to info@aimasterlab.net. We have not appointed a data protection officer, because our activities do not meet the criteria set out in Article 37 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
2. What data we process and why
We process only the data that you provide to us yourself, and only for clearly defined purposes. A full overview is set out below.

Newsletter and downloading of materials
The newsletter sign-up forms and the forms used to download our materials are operated by MailerLite. When you sign up, your name and email address are transferred to our MailerLite account. We use double opt-in: after signing up you receive an email in which you must confirm your subscription, and only then do we begin sending messages.
You can withdraw your consent at any time – there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every message. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
MailerLite also records whether a message has been opened and whether the links it contains have been opened. We use this information to understand which content is useful, and we do not use it to take individual decisions about you.
Contact form
The data from enquiry and contact forms is processed by Netlify, which also provides the website hosting. Form data is transferred to our Netlify account and forwarded to our email. The forms include a field for filtering out bots, which is not intended to be filled in.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data, or otherwise pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal effects concerning you.
- We do not process special categories of data (health, religious beliefs, political opinions and the like) and we do not invite you to send them.
- Our website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
3. Cookies and statistics
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device.
Necessary cookies
For the basic operation of the website we use only technically necessary cookies and similar technologies. No consent is required for these, because the website would not work without them.
Statistics cookies
To understand how the website is used and what to improve, we use Google Analytics. Statistics cookies are switched on only if you have consented to them in the cookie notice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. If you do not give consent, statistics cookies are not set and your visit is not included in the statistics.
Embedded content
Some pages contain links to YouTube videos and to our social media profiles. When you open such a link, the privacy policy of the service concerned applies to you, and that service may set its own cookies. We do not control that processing.
Font delivery
The design of the website uses Google Fonts typefaces, which are loaded from Google's servers. For technical reasons, your IP address becomes known to Google at that point. No cookies are set for this purpose.
How to opt out
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Please note that if you block the necessary cookies, some functions of the website may not work.
4. Who we share data with
We engage carefully selected service providers who act as processors – they process data only on our instructions and on the basis of a written contract.

We may also share data with:
- our accounting service provider – to the extent necessary for preparing invoices and keeping the accounts;
- state and law enforcement authorities – where required by law or where necessary to protect our legal interests.
5. Transfers of data outside the EU and EEA
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, or engage processors outside them, mainly in the United States of America. In such cases the protection of data is ensured by at least one of the following mechanisms:
- a European Commission adequacy decision – including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Netlify, Inc. and Google LLC are certified;
- standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission;
- additional technical and organisational security measures.

6. How long we keep data
We keep data only for as long as is necessary for the relevant purpose, or for as long as the law requires. The specific periods are set out in the table in section 2. When the period expires or the purpose ceases to apply, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the following rights:
- Access your data – to obtain confirmation of whether we process your data, and a copy of it.
- Rectify data – to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase data ("the right to be forgotten") – where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose, or where processing is based on consent that you have withdrawn.
- Restrict processing – in certain cases, to request that the processing of data be suspended.
- Object to processing that is based on our legitimate interests, including to direct marketing.
- Data portability – to receive the data in a structured, commonly used format, or to ask for it to be sent to another controller.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@aimasterlab.net. We respond within one month. If the request is complex, we may extend that period by a further two months, informing you accordingly. In order to protect your data, we may need to verify your identity.
8. How to make a complaint
If you believe that we are processing your data incorrectly, please contact us first – most questions can be resolved quickly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

9. Data security
We implement proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and disclosure. These include an encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the whole website, restricting access rights on a need-to-know basis, and choosing service providers that meet recognised security standards.
At the same time, it should be borne in mind that no transmission of data over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may refine this policy from time to time – for example, if the tools we use or the applicable legislation change. The current version is always available on this page, and the date on which it came into force is shown at the top of the page. In the event of significant changes, we will inform newsletter subscribers separately.
